Summer 2024 conference housing is available at the Towers at CCNY from Sunday, June 2 through Sunday, August 4. We can accommodate both large and small groups in the building and offer a variety of amenities.
Location: The Towers is in upper Manhattan on the campus of the City College of New York (CCNY). The Towers is minutes away from the world-famous Apollo Theatre, beautiful St. Nicholas Park, and multiple subway stations.
Facility/Amenities: The building has over 500 beds in apartment style living in various configurations. During the summer, these are: 4-bedroom/2-bath (single occupancy bedroom) and 2-bedroom/1-bath (double occupancy bedroom) apartments. Each apartment is furnished with a bed (linens provided), desk and chair, individual air-conditioning controls, full refrigerator, 2-burner cook top, and a full bathroom. Amenities include: Free laundry, seminar room, 24-hour fitness center, pool/ping pong table, 24-hour security, wireless internet access, private patio with grills, and an on-site ATM.
Conference Rates for Summer 2024:
4-bedroom/2-bath (single occupancy bedroom): $77.00/night/participant
2-Bedroom/1-bath (double occupancy bedroom): $65.00/night/participant
