The Towers Housing Referral Program Rules

• You must be current full-time student residing in the Towers at the time referral is made and paid out.
• The referral is valid only if the applicant has not already applied for the upcoming Academic Year and has never lived in the Towers in the past.
• Resident is required to submit a referral form within five (5) business days of when the referral applied.
• Referral payments will not be in the form of cash or check. Payment will be a concession applied to referee’s Towers Account.
• Referral payments will be credited only if the prospective resident signs a housing contract and does not cancel their Agreement within sixty (60) days of taking occupancy.
